WACQ Radio 1130 is a community minded radio station featuring local morning talk Monday through Saturday until 8AM, providing an open forum for listener comments, complaints, and community events. WACQ's music format is 50's, 60's, 70's, and 80's Rock and Roll Oldies. News is locally provided four times daily with network news every hour from the Alabama Radio Network and ABC News. Sports programming includes the Alabama Crimson Tide Sports Network, Troy University and local high school football.
